Michael HENNESCHEID was born in 1673 or 1674 in the Rhine Valley, probably near Mainz in present-day Germany. His parents were Johann Wilhelm HENNESCHEID (1639-1688) and Anna Maria BOLTER (1639-1724).

Michael married Anna Maria SCHNEIDER (1678-1757) in Germany and emigrated around 1710 during the Palatine Migration.
